About this coffee

Gentle, sweet and mellow

This Red Bourbon comes from smallholders who deliver their cherry to a washing station on the shores of Lake Kivu. It's washed in clean water and dried on raised beds in the cool mountain air.

It's a gentle, sweet coffee with a soft, tea-like finish. We roast it light for filter, but it also makes a mellow espresso.
