Shipping and returns

We ship from our roastery in Old Town the morning after we roast. Here is when your order arrives, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery times
Standard: 2 to 4 working days
Express: next working day, if you order before noon
Pickup: from either café, the day after roasting
Delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders over $40. Below that, standard delivery is $5 and express is $12. Pickup is always free.
Tracking your order
We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the roastery. If it hasn’t arrived after five working days, let us know and we’ll look into it.
Returns
Unopened equipment can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We can’t take back opened coffee, but if a bag isn’t right, tell us and we’ll put it right.
Damaged or missing items
Email a photo to shop@corvocoffee.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
