Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy coffee, equipment, gift cards or a subscription from Corvo Coffee Roasters online. Please read them before you place an order.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and include sales tax where it applies. Your order is confirmed when we email your receipt. If we can’t fill an order, for example because a coffee sells out, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Fresh roasting
We roast every Tuesday and ship the next morning, so coffee ordered after Monday at noon goes out the following week. Equipment and gift cards ship within two working days.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip or cancel any delivery from your account
Changes made before Monday at noon apply to that week’s roast
We charge your card on the day your coffee is roasted
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for two years and work online and in both cafés. They can’t be exchanged for cash.
Returns and refunds
If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. Shipping and returns has the details.
