About this coffee

Floral, bright and tea-like

This lot comes from around 650 smallholders who deliver ripe cherry to the Hambela washing station in Guji. The cherries are pulped the same day, fermented for 36 hours and dried slowly on raised beds.

We roast it light and stop early, so the jasmine stays bright. Brew it as a pour-over to taste the bergamot, or as a long batch brew for something softer.
