About this coffee

Delicate, floral and rare

Geisha is one of the most sought-after varieties in coffee, and this lot comes from a small family farm in the Boquete highlands. The cherries are washed and dried slowly in the shade to keep the florals delicate.

We roast it very gently and release only a few bags each week. Brew it as a pour-over with a little less coffee than usual, so the most delicate flavours have room to come through.
